Defective Lenovo Laptop

On the 30th of June 2026 I took my laptop (still under guarantee) back to Computer Mania in Somerset West mall (Rep no 28566). On 3 July 2026 they transferred to laptop to the supplier (Lenovo). On 8 July 2026 back to Computer Mania. On 22 July 2026 back to Lenovo for a part with ETA of 14 working days. Apparently fixed the problem. On 30 August 2026 I took it back to Computer Mania (same problem/ rep no 31807). On 3 September 2026 it was send back to Lenovo. After numerous phone calls I do not get any feedback. Today 15 September 2026 I phoned 3 times. After which I received an email from Ruan stating that they will replace the camera kit with a ETA of 8 weeks. This is already 3.5 months another 8 weeks will make it in the area of 6 months. This is unacceptable and against the Consumer Protection Act (Section 56) for unreasonable time. I have never experienced this service. I want a full refund or a new unit equivalent of the current specifications.
