Computer Mania Management and Regional Manager there for you

Computer Mania demonstrated today how their customer care and management cares for the customer and is focused on putting the customer first. Had and issue with a replacement and the way this was handled by one branch. I reverted to the CM Management the Regional Manager addressed the problem and reverted back to me within a few minutes of logging an email complaint.

Even if a branch might not meet the needs this is a company with the management at least involved and also able and willing to listen to reason and to take the correct approach.
