Computer mania mall of africa fried my i9 cpu
Ive taken in 2 gaming computers, 1 for a ram upgrade with 2 nvme hard drives and 1 for a case change and a new 2tb nve hard drive to be installed and a clean. I called in to check the progress and i was told that the pc with the case change, an i9 now, has a cpu error. So now a perfectly working i9 computer has a "faulty cpu" after the work they have done on it. Apparently they can give me a good price on a replacement cpu for the cpu that was working when i took it in. This is my current status and ill update as i go through this process.

19 Nov 2025, 16:45UPDATE: absolutely no one at Computer Mania will call back or give an update on my pc. last I heard they are sourcing a new CPU to replace it, due back yesterday, being Tuesday, now apparently I need to wait until friday, but only because I call in every day, otherwise I wouldn't know a thing.
