Computer Mania is the WORST!!

I will never again be purchasing anything online from Computer Mania, they should actually just drop the "Computer" bit.

I ordered two items a week ago. When I received the email confirming the order they said I could pick it up by December 4th to December 6th. Now it is December 9th and still nothing. I tried calling the store and they said they don't have any information and that I should contact head office. I have now spent most of my day periodically calling and trying to get hold of any department (I started with sales and worked my way toward dispatch) but nobody has picked up on any of my calls (about 15 at this point). It seems they were perfectly happy to take my R4k but now that I want some feedback they are nowhere to be found. How is there no way to get feedback on an ONLINE order from a COMPUTER company!?!?!
