Computer Mania follow up service - Tragic

Absolutely tragic service from computer mania. Using their products at a medical practice, the device provided seems faulty but getting it resolved has been an absolute nightmare. Down-time in our business as a result of this malfunction is costing us greatly. Furthermore, support staff are not available to resolve the issue as a matter of urgency.
