Computer Mania Extremely Poor Service and Attitude!
Shocking attitude and interpersonal skills from Chris. Waited ages only to be told that they were unable to work on my computer! It was too dirty inside! Wow! Great salesmanship! And extremely rudely advised to me. Another computer repairer gladly took the task. Computer Mania does still repair computers don't they, and provide friendly service! Maybe I just expect too much from you I guess! But then again I am the one paying! But up your game!

Unfortunately, Chris was not confident doing the repair, but this should have been communicated much sooner. Regards Colin

Telling me my computer was fill of animal defecation when he was tge last person to work inside the unit was not an appropriate response by any standard. I was insulted and grossly offended. And was certainly not friendly in the least. This not how I knew him to be in the past!
