Computer Mania dumps cheap Lenovo products on unsuspecting consumers.

I bought a Lenovo Laptop IP33 Core I3 8th Gen (R6999) for my daughter who does her schooling online. Computer Mania says that you need to return the product within 10 days if you find any issues or defects. Well, after a month of use I started noticing that the hinge of the laptop started squeaking, the fan would blow non-stop and the screen had a backlight shining through. I returned the laptop which was then sent to their suppliers for inspection. I don't know what had to be inspected as the faults were clearly visible. After three weeks of inspection and me having to call them consistently for feedback, Clive at Computer Mania Kenilworth tells me that they do not see anything wrong.

It's a case of them saying the grass is blue and I'm saying the grass is green - you know the kind of argument where we both know that there is something wrong but they plainly won't admit it - as if I'm blind and deaf. I've contacted Lenovo about this but they say they have forwarded this to their service team but nothing gets done.

Has Africa now become the dumping ground for junk, cheaply made products? I will be fetching the laptop from the store and I will be doing a full-on YouTube review and see if they respond to that?
