Computer Mania customer service is tops!!

I bought a Lenovo tablet from Computer Mania a few months ago. One of the main reasons for this purchase was to use it as a mobile hotspot when travelling and during load shedding.

I picked up issues with the tablet switching off when used as a hotspot. I tried several actions to resolve the problem, such as a software update, calling Lenovo, etc. None of these actions resolved the issue.

I then contact Computer Mania and they advised that the tablet be taken to one of their stores for an assessment. No problem was found. I then requested a refund, since I could not use the tablet like this. A refund was issued, and my account was credited without any problem.

Thank you Computer Mania for excellent client service despite the fact that you found no issue with the tablet!!

I wish that more companies had customer service like this.
