Computer Mania

I have purchased 2 computer chassis and 2 ssd hdd from Computer Mania Cape Gate. When my cousin tried building tlmy 2 computers over into my new chassis i just purchased we noticwd that the motherboards need to be aura sync compatible which comp mania never told me. So i returned both chassis to them for my refund but my cpusin took it to them as i had to work and they "transfered" the money into his accpunt. It has been 5 days and yet no money has come into his account. After numerous calls to Comp mania they keep saying that it takes 24 to 48 hours for the money to reflect. Today is the 6th day and all they say is the owners arent there. I mist take bankstatement aswell as the reciept back to them so they can ha d it over to the owners. INEED MY MONEY I CANT JUST ACCEPT TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR R2300. It seems they are bull****ting me and im just not going to get back my money.
