Computer mania

In December 2017 we came to computer mania and ordered a custom built gaming computer to the amount of 25k. 2 days later there was an issue with the computer and we had to return it to be seen to. Since December we have had the computer back to the workshop 4 times. Hardware tests had to be done at our expense, software tests had to be done at our expense, it’s been wiped cleaned and all the the programs have been reinstalled and now it seems it’s has crashed completely. We’ve done some research and it seems and still seem that the graphics card has been faulty and we suggested to computer mania that they should look into this...to no avail. I’m sitting here AGAIN today very frustrated waiting for someone to come up with a solution other than more tests need to be done. Why is this our problem and why are we being inconvenienced when clearly this was a problem from the get go?
