Purchased an MSI optiflex from Tygervalley branch. Dead pixel line occured due to transistor failure and not physical damage. Was then sent to willowbridge brach where the buck was passed to the tech to MSI factory in JHB. But did not abide by their online warranty stipulations or the consumers act. Did also not abide by their warranty on their invoice they supp****. Highly ************* service in my experience
