Bought DEL laptop

DEL was on offer including Microsoft Word subscription for 1 year. All software was loaded on laptop by Computer Mania.<br> After 1 month I received a notice from Microsoft That the trail period of 1 month is over and that I must pay for a 1 year subscription.<br> I was informed by Computer Mania yhat I must check in yhe packaging and that the subscription code will be in the box. I coulf not found any code.<br> Computer Mania now told me that they will receive a new code only next week some time as this is from Cape Town. I dee this as a delay tactics and I meed to work on the laptop on a daily basis.<br> Please be of support to splve this irritatingbproblem. I visited them twice without any support.
