I have been in the service industry forever 19 years and I would like to say a huge shout out to Michael. He has gone above and beyond which to the rest of the world is normal and I know he is a great asset to the company and in turn, should be in charge of the Customer Service department so that the diligent service will continue throughout the company as a whole and become a Giant in the Industry of Customer care. I am very impressed from the web chat to sourcing my Keyboard to getting it delivered to the closest store near me. All because it said out of stock on the Website. Really I take my hat off to you Michael... Great Job
