Best customer service I've received in a while!

<p>In the last 2 months I have had to fix 2 computers because of faulty drives and buggy operating systems. The first time I went to the computer Mania branch at Willowbridge near Tygervalley Shopping Center and the staff were utterly useless. I have never had such a terrible experience from any IT store. Afterwards I took it in to the Computer Mania branch at Cape Gate and was overwelmed by the difference in quality in their service! They service at the Cape Gate branch is by far the best service I've seen from any kind of IT store. The technician called me multiple times to inform me on the status and how long it was going to take so I was always clued in. And when I gave in the 2nd computer the same happened. The technician Luan is very good at his job and provides a very good customer service. He phoned me twice to inform me of what was going on and he did an excellent job at fixing the computer and making sure no data was lost. He also did everything within 24 hours even tho it was supposed to take longer since he wasnt working over the weekend. Do not bother going to any of the other branches as the technicians there are usually ***********. Take it to Cape Gate's Computer Mania for an easy and affordable service!</p>
