Bad services at Computer Mania Grove

In early December I took my laptop in to Computer Mania at the Grove. I suspected that the hard drive was malfunctioning. They replaced the hard drive and I went to collect it. Upon arrival at my house, all my programs and document were gone. My sin in law took it back, and asked them where is the original hard drive. Apparently the technician were not on duty and they will phone me back, they also said there were no instructions to clone the hard drive. 🤔 through it was standard practice to retrieve the client's info. They never phoned me. On the 21 st of December I returned to the shop, again the same excuse, technician still not on duty. They will call me. Up to now they still did not contact me. This is very unprofessional of the staff of Computer Mania. They quick to take your money, but after sales services is a disgrace
