Bad service from Computer Mania Cavendish

I have a router purchased from Computer Mania Cavendish that is still under warranty that is giving me problems. My wife took it in to be looked at and was told that the on site Technician has left the employ of Computer Mania and that the manager decided not to replace the technician .The router now has to be sent away for testing before they can decide whether to replace it or not and that will take between 1 and 2 weeks and they don't seem to be too concerned for a customer to be without internet connectivity for that period. <br> <br> I think it's a very poor show on Computer mania's part and I will certainly have to think hard before purchasing anything from them again.
