Bad service at Computer Mania Long street

<p>I returned a faulty hard drive casing to your branch in long street. 14 November 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy with the service I received, I was brushed off with vague answers on how long it will take to repair the hard drive casing, or testing or whatever they needed to decide whether or not to replace it.</p> <p> </p> <p>None of the staff took down my details. I am without a hard drive casing with no idea as to when or how long it will take to repair.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been in client services for 8 years and the service I received today was appalling to say the least.</p> <p> </p>
