Bad service and they don't care about customers.

I spoke to someone from Greenstone store and asked about a PC case and the guy told me their store doesn't have stock, but that he can request it from one of their other other branches and that it should be at Greenstone branch the next day....

The next day came and I phoned a few times to follow up as I was in the area and eventually late afternoon they told me the delivery won't be coming in that day then I asked them to let me know if it does then I'll drive through and collect.

Needless to say almost 2 weeks later phoning them again to follow up just to find out the case has been sitting there and no one followed up or apparently saw the case being delivered.

This is not the first time I got bad service from them or checking if they have stock on items and only to find out when I get there that they don't actually have it in stock.
