Bad service and missed opportunity

Good day,

I contacted the Computer Mania store in Canal Walk, I can recall who I spoke to but I basically told them that I have a R20000 budget for a gaming laptop however, as I was credited for a faulty laptop at Dion Wired. I know when I usually enter the Canal Walk store the sales assistants are usually friendly and efficient in terms of specs. But the person I dealt with basically shoved R20000 out of the door because of outright laziness !( I cant say that it is incompetence because all staff are usually competent) . When I called, I wanted to be up sold , I wanted to spend money on a good quality laptop with value for money! That's what every client expects, Excellent client service and a product with value for its worth.

He wasn't very informative, reluctant to provide me with information..I basically probed him for information and that's not how a sale works.
