Bad experience with warranty claim

I purchased a Cooler Master 2 R5 computer from Tokai branch in Blue Route on Saturday, 2 September 2023 for my wife. Service from Simon was very helpful. When I got it home, I found the wifi was not working, nor was the earphone jack (front or rear). I took it back on the Sunday, Simon then sorted the wifi out, but the earphone jack still didn't work. I left the machine there with Simon, who worked on it until the Tuesday, to no avail. The bluetooth and USB headphones worked perfectly, but not the earphone jack, My wife needs the earphone jack for her transcription headphones that she uses in her online transcription job. Anyway, I returned the machine to Computer Mania in Tokai on the Tuesday at Simon's request, and returned on the Friday ( 8 Sept), at which stage Simon completed a repair job card number 135377. I returned the following day and spoke to Devon (Simon was away). He suggested I take the machine home as my wife had urgent work to do, and bring it back on the following Monday. As it happened, I could only return it on the Tuesday the 12th, at which stage I advise Devon that I felt that either the headphone jack port was defective, or the motherboard was, and therefore the machine should be swapped for a new one. Devon then filled in a new Repair job number 135464, and said he would send the machine to Computer Mania head office that day. I have phoned every day since then for news of the computer, each time I have been told there is no news, Simon spoke to his manager, but the issue is with "the warranty manager". My wife and I have now lost complete interest in the computer, and faith in Computer Mania. Considering that I purchased the computer 2 weeks ago, and had use of it for about 4 days all in all.
