Bad customer service when wanting to buy an SSD

I came to their store at Cape Gate and was wanting to buy an SSD, in the mean time me and my partner saw screens and laptops and just took a look to see how they were. Then when we rotated the screen that has 180 degrees rotation, the guy said "it doesn't flip all the way around, don't force it, I heard a pop sound" in a tone of voice as if we are little children. There was no popping sounds, we just put the laptop back down. I was standing right next to my partner. That's not great to treat customers like that. I've recently bought an SSD from them and wanted to upgrade in size. Not going back there again.
