Bad customer service

Terrible and I don't care attitude. I purchased a tablet from there and I had ordered two of them and they called me saying the tablets are there and when I got to the store, Clearwater mall, there was only one delivered from the other store and the other one was not there. When I expressed my unhappiness with that, I was told that there is nothing they can do, I have to just order online. So I asked for the manager who came and committed to have the device delivered to me by Monday, which is today, the 13th June 2022. Up until 5:30pm, the driver has not arrived and when I called to follow up, I was told well you can just continua with your normal and I am sure He will be there if He is not there, He will come tomorrow.

I feel like these guys take people's time for nothing! So deal with them at your own risk!!
