Bad communication via computer shop.

Handed in my laptop which is 4-yrs old. Said I needed to have windows reinstalled. Now they tell me that the hard drive is ******* and needs replacing. I gave them my email and cell number and for a week and a half I waited for a quote. Turns out the person dealing with me had it written down wrong and he failed to call me about this to see what's going on. Finally I spoke to the manager eyeball to eyeball. Told him the story and he apologized but due to lack of communication I doubt they're going to see me again. Customer is king, and so is communicating with all customers. Manager said he was sorry but this has made a sour taste in my mouth. Rather use a computer expert who comes to you instead. Computer Mania, please communicate with customers if email is wrong in store or over a cell phone call.
