Bad choice

I purchased a expensive laptop with them. First it was all good and well then came delivery, that did nit happen I had to collect it. Now my charger gave up and it needs to be replaced.

Well you can not even get hold of them, not evensales answers a phone like really. Ni email are being answerd either.

For a tech company this is very poor as the world runs on technology.

I want reaponse. As they do not reapond surely they will now.
