Bad after sales service
Hi If after sales service is important to you then I'd steer clear of Computer Mania. More than 3 weeks ago I took a failed Rogueware solid state drive purchased from Computer Mania Blue Route in Cape Town more than 1 year ago. The product carried a 3 year waranty. To date Computer Mania have made all manner of excuses to not credit me. So potential buyer ,if after sales service is important to you steer clear of Computer Manua Tokai.

11 Oct 2024, 16:17Good day Adam. All Computer Mania products carry a 1 year warranty (as per your proof of purchase). We do carry products that have manufacturer warranties that extend beyond 1 year. As you correctly stated, your Rogueware SSD carried a 3 year manufacturers warranty. In a case like this, we facilitate the process and send the product back to the manufacturer on the customers' behalf. This was done and you were regularly updated, by the store, as to the status of your claim. The OEM did approve your claim and you were informed by the store. Regards Colin.
