Bad after sales service
Purchased a Mecer inverter from Computer Mania Tokai on 7th July 2023. On the 24th July it failed. Took it to them on 24th and they keep on passing the buck to the "supplier".... I purchased from them not the "supplier". They have offered no value to the purchase what so ever. I fear this will take forever to get replaced/repaired at this rate.
