Aweful communication and takes very long to repair

I sent my laptop in the 19th February for repair on warranty because it was stuck in a reboot loop, they advised that they will send it in to the warranty department - I got a call on 2nd March advising that they will need to reinstall my Operating system for the laptop and I gave them the go ahead. I have been following up at least twice a week since then and no answers are given to me. It has been a full month and I do not have my laptop back.
