Absolute no service at Kolonnade branch!

I bought a new laptop at the Kolonnade branch, just before the long weekend end of April. I based it on Jason indicating that I may get a better price, but not the service from anyone else. They said they would clone the old and the new - which they could not do! They did not contact me about it or indicated that there is a problem with the cloning. Picking it up on the Tuesday, they had done nothing! Did not even ask whether they could transfer the data at least. It was also agreed that the technician would do a damage report for insurance purposes - again not done!

So, please do not support them - empty promises and unable to perform.
