A very bad experience

I made my first purchase from Computer Mania via the online store on the 26th November, over 10 days later, my order remains unfulfilled.

2 items in my order were preorder items, expected to arrive early December. Its the 8th of December now but no word on my order or my email querying the status.

This is not good at all, especially since it's my first purchase with Computer Mania. If my order will not be fulfilled, then I should be refunded in full.
