2 days is now 10 days

Laptop was dropped off for a screen replacement on the 27th Feb. Phillip advised that it would take 2 days it's been 10 days. I have sent emails and went to the store. I was advised that there was a delay on courier's side. I have been told to collect the laptop as they put on a donor screen while they are waiting for my new screen, and I refused. I need this fixed today, or they must give my money back. I'm so disappointed at the service received.
