Wrongfully accused

They keep on sending me amounts that they claim I am i arrears but honestly I have never heard of them and I gave the proof that there is no debit order or stopped os disputed order on my bank account! Aswell they said there was an once off fee of R390 and then there came an admin fee of R120 a month for their services so what do they actually do because if i did apply for an loan why didn't I get one so I would pay pay pay for no services rendered? Now they are handing me over to the legal department and ITC?? If I did apply why didn't I get the notification that there was insufficient funds in my account! Then would have paid it manually or made an arrangement?? So please stay away from this company! I am being wrongfully accused and now my name is going to be on ITC
