I have a problem with this company I registered with then long time ago and the didn't help me at all now am owing them 11110.25 I dnt knw for what exactly and am tired with their sms am not going to pay something I dnt knw about cauz there was no service for rendered from them

Paying for unused services
I previously registered myself with this company for services and was charged 6900, even though I never received service from them. Then I end up paying the full because my credit score had been badly affected. After making the payment, I received a confirmation letter in August 2023 stating that my balance was nil. However, in March 2025, I was notified that I am supposedly in default for 269, with no clear explanation of where this amount is coming from. This has been very frustrating and disappointing, especially after I made sure my account was fully settled. It honestly feels like I’m being charged unfairly again. I would really appreciate a clear explanation and proper resolution.
