********l debiting of account and charging of so called fees

<p>I went on loan sa website. Tried to apply for a loan vut did not finalise. Now i have received an emailed letter of demand for R395. Plus they debit R95 per month. After contacting them they informed me i will be charged R9 per email. Loan sa advertised a free service now i am stuck with this mess. And it doesnt make sense to pay for a service not received. I offered to pay R 50 per month as i lost my job early Jan but they dont respond.</p>
