unfair

i just recieved a mail saying i owe computech credit service a substantial amount of money ,for cancelling on a loan application. they handed me over to credit intel. this is not on. i`m furious now ,as this will give me a bad credit record .they did not contact me .when i phoned credit intel ,they told me the reason for this bill.
