Terrible service

Hi Peter; I am receiving demanding and threadfull letters from Credit Intel. I have no idea who has handed me over and they cannot send me any proof of where i signed. Every month they adding charges and i kept on sending them emails back disputing the case. How can you help me. Regards Monica
