I have been getting SMS's since 2016. My attorneys dealt with it through the credit bureau and they have informed me that this is a ****. They stopped sending me messages for awhile and now they started again saying that I owe them R4k. I called and spoke to one of their agents and asked if they can please stop sending me SMS's cause I have not taken out any loans out with them and I asked for a proof of contract that I signed. She said it was online signature. She then said that they are waiting for a court date. Lol I worked as a paralegal at many law firms since when do we even get summons or any legal action via the phone and not in person. This is clearly a ****. Don't fall victim into paying your hard earned money to these rogues please. We are living in tough times and we do not need these people *****ing our money.
