Scaaaam company beware!

This company is a ****, I received an email that I've been handed over for not paying a loan that I never app**** for. I called in a lady was totally rude and couldn't tell me what am I owing she just told me "you signed up for this online and you need to pay, bye!" where can I report this? I OWE THIS COMPANY NOTHING, LEAVE ME ALONE! YOU'RE A SCAAAAAM!

They will be getting nothing from me.
