Refund

On the 30 of september they dedacted two amounts from my savings account. No service were renderd.i have send a lot of emails to them.they reply ticket created will get back in 24 hours. Well it have been 13 days.when you call the land line after 28 seconds they cut you off.how do i get my funds back. I am unemployed
