PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!!!

<p>I received an sms from Compu-Tech Training Academy Pty Ltd T/A Compu-Tech Credit Service on 7 June 2016 saying that my account was in arrears. I was given a phone nr to call to make arrangements and was given 24 hours to make payment before handing me over for legal action. I immediately contact the given nr ( ********** 000) and the lady I spoke to consulted with her boss and I was informed that I have until Friday (10 June 2016) to make payment of R310. My wife went and made the payment the following day (8 June 2016) and to my surprise when I came home that night, my wife told me she received an email from Creditpro (Pty) Ltd ( ********** 232) stating that I was handed over for legal action by Compu-Tech Training Academy (Pty) Ltd T/A Compu-Tech Credit Service and the Demand was dated 7 June 2016, the same day that I contacted them and made arrangements to pay. My wife sent an email to Creditpro (Pty) Ltd ********** explaining the whole story and that I was handed over wrongfully and that they must amend their records. On 2 August 2016 again my wife received a second Notice of Demand from Creditpro (Pty) Ltd. I started making numerous phonecalls and sending emails ********** to Compu-Tech Training Academy (Pty) Ltd T/A Compu-Tech Credit Service attaching my proof of payment and all the correspondence between myself and Creditpro (Pty) Ltd. The lady informed me that she received all the relevant documents from me and will sort out the matter. On 8 September 2016 again my wife received a Final Demand (Pre-Legal / ITC Listing Notice from Creditpro (Pty) Ltd. Again I emailed Compu-Tech Training Academy (Pty) Ltd T/A Compu-Tech Credit Service attaching all the relevant documents and informed them that if they do not sort this matter out by close of business on 9 September 2016 and sent me proof that it is finalized, I will proceed with furter legal action against themselves. My wife also sent an email to Creditpro (Pty) Ltd telling them AGAIN that payment was ALREADY made on 8 June 2016 and they can contact Compu-Tech Training Academy (Pty) Ltd T/A Compu-Tech Credit Service for the proof of payment. My wife also told Creditpro (Pty) Ltd that if they are going to proceed to sent anymore Demands and put me on ITC, I will proceed with furter legal action against themselves. My wife also informed them AGAIN to stop sending any correspondence to her email address, but forwarded it in future to my email address or contact me telephonically.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> IS THIS MATTER GOING TO END UP IN COURT BEFORE Compu-Tech Training Academy (Pty) Ltd T/A Compu-Tech Credit Service REALIZES THAT THEY HAVE HANDED ME OVER WRONGFULLY AND SORT THIS MATTER OUT WITH CREDITPRO (PTY) LTD. UP TO DATE I HAVE PAID AN AMOUNT OF R320 FOR SERVICES RENDERED WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!!</p>
