ONLINE DEBIT ORDER MSNDATES

<p>Computech Credit Services submited a debit order mandate to deduct subscription fees from my bank account without express and written consent from me. I did not subscribe to any of their services.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I noticed this online mandated debit order of R395, and R25 early debit order fee, I contacted Computech Cedit Services and Nikita Pillay responded stating that the seven day cooling off period has lapsed and I can cancel the subscription by paying R95 cancellation fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Capitec Bank and was informed that these online mandated debit order subscription are not accecepted and cancelled a R95 debit order that Computech Credit Services submitted against my account even though I expressly instructed them to stop any debit orders.</p> <p> Credit Pro has send me a demand letter for R120 on behalf of Computech Credit Services.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is completely unacceptable and seems to be another money making **** that uses loopholes in the national credit regulation.</p> <p> </p> <p>BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE COMPUTECH CREDIT SERVICES!</p> <p> </p>
