Money Debited From My Account Without Anyone Assisting Me, Service is pathetic and *******

<p>I app**** on the 12/01/2017, no one as called me to help me since then, I wake up this morning and I see R359 taking out from my account for their services but no one helped me, I called and spoke to a lady and she cannot help me, how can I be paying for a service thats no one helping me, I asked her to cancel my subcription and she says i need to pay a fee of R199, I need help with a loan cause i dont have money, but this company is taking the last money iI have in my account of R539, I need to pay this ammount for no one helping me, this company is pathetic, no one helped me but when they want money they just debit but the customer didnt get any help or sevice from the company! This company is *******, they dont deliver, go against there word, and take away customers money, service is pathetic and useless.</p>
