Horrible and disgusting place with no professionalism

I am writing this email as I am utterly disgusted at their services. I signed up with them and immediately canceled in the cooling off period, they thereafter demanded that i make payment of R 1369.00 which i previously made an arrangement with one of the consultants at the department on 22 October that I would make payment in three installments monthly. I proceeded to make payment on 22 Oct 2020 of an amount of R416.00. However, since then i have been receiving constant threats about being placed on ITC record as black listed despite me sending proof of payment and I do not appreciate it! I hate this company and i will take legal action against them for defamation. They do not have records and do not have the decency to contact me and constantly send me emails, some Pretty person does not know what the hell she is doing! I spoke to her about my situation and yet they still threatening me! Its become ridiculous to the point where i contact them but they do not answer the calls. Please note this place is HORRIBLE
