Harassment from computech

Company hassling me for years,previously I app**** for loans online but without success. And yet today I'm still getting threatening smses, with exorbitant amount owed to them for no services received from them. How do I shake them off.. Cos Im very annoyed... How can I owe someone if I didn't even get services??? Please help
