I truly hope something could be done in a serious matter. I am astonished firstly I have received my detail on my first demand of a case number apparently I have an outstanding account that was handed over to Computech Credit for collection because the account I know nothing of is overdue. Firstly I’ve never dealt with this company before or filled out any documents. I’ve checked their website and it states that you have to be permanently employed. Unfortunately I’m a student and unemployed. Strangely enough I recently been involved in a hijacking while moving and I lost everything, id documents, bank cards. This rise my concern. Ive requested for them to give me proof of whatever they assume I app**** for but how is it possible for me to qualify if I’m unemployed. Not just that how does this company get my personal information. I apparently owe this company money. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with this company, how can you want to mess with someone’s credit score. Funny enough I was literally going to make a way to pay this company but then I came across these reviews. Something must be done with this company in a legal matter and going to do research on how to do so. Covid-19 has already been hard on us and now alleged court case pending. It’s a disgrace because apparently the owner is connected to SA LOANS. I am hoping that I can take this further because it’s not only me but many people are in the same predicament. Unfair demands on a service that was never received or requested. I’ll probably be blacklisted at this age and this company is ruining opportunities for future references Which is unacceptable!
