Debit your Account ********ly! *****! ****! FREE Loan-SA Services is Computech and 8 other companies

<p>End December 2016 I app**** for a R5000 loan online which I received from Udu loans.</p> <p>Since then:</p> <p>THREE companies want more or less a thousand rand from me each and have tried to debit my account.</p> <p>Why would I sign up for paid services if I needed a loan and can’t even afford food on my table.</p> <p>I believe all of these companies are linked somehow, and ***** one’s info from the websites and then simply bills you for so called services no one ever receives.</p> <p> </p> <p>(Debited my account) Loanfinder SA:</p> <p>(Credit Gain Services (Pty) Ltd t/a LoanFinderSA ***)</p> <p>They say I app**** and agreed to the terms, however, I never agreed nor authorized it. They Advertised offering FREE loan finding services hence I entered my details onto their website so that they can send me quotes from various lenders. However, I never received any quotes, instead I received the attached from them – and they are saying I owe them an initial fee of three hundred something, monthly fee and a cancellation fee for services which I never app**** for or received. How can I cancel anything if I never signed up for it. How can they charge me for services I never received. I told them that I do not owe them money, that the contract was never accepted and they must delete my info – they just simply rep**** via email to say – I owe them the monthly fees, the initial fee and now a cancellation fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>(Debited my account)Loan-SA:</p> <p>Loan-SA sent me emails on the exact same day as Loanfinder SA (as above) and their so called agreement/contract is almost identical to loanfinder Sa’s – the only difference is that the fees vary with a few Rands. They too claim the exact same as above (same story) – But I never entered my details on their website, nor did I apply for any services what so ever. Now, they handed my ‘’so called’’ account/debt over to Credit Pro , after I ranted and raved via email to them that I never app**** for their services, who Sent me a Final Demand Letter dated 7 February which I received via email 18 February 2017. Credit Pro now states that I owe them R411 which had to be paid by 14 Feb 17 and what ever I pay to Loan-SA has nothing to do with the demand letter ..sigh. And Loan-SA still emails me to say I Still owe them also R411 With a cancellation fee of R199 – so they are trying to ***** R610 from me, and then I am supposed to pay Credit Pro R411 too. Ridiculous!</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> Loan-Sa:</p> <p>I have found that they are trading under 9 different names (I simply googled their contact number, and even found a automatically generated mandate online –exactly like the one they sent me saying it is now the contract.) Is there no Law? Must i go to SAP or Carte Blance or Shout it Out? What Must i Do to stop them from *****ing from me?</p>
