Computech Credit Solutions bad business practice and possible *****

19 Aug 2019 PLEASE READ & BEWARE: I app**** online and I admit not reading fully the terms & conditions beforehand. For their service package I was presented with a webpage to activate referrals to possible credit providers. I did not follow through. I then read the terms. A poorly written 15 page (not numbered) document with numerous contradictory, legal, factual & grammar errors, I immediately cancelled my application as provided for in the Terms. Over the past 2 days I have no acknowledgement for tel calls, email or fax notification. I note that (probably) in anticipation of communication "errors" they have a paragraph "covering" themselves on 7th page of the Terms. Neville Naidoo 871024****08* of No 9-11 Block A, Office 12 Block A, Mountainview Close, Mount Edgecombe 4300 is the director. The business (****) model appears to be getting debit orders off your bank account "until the agreement is cancelled"....which appears to be what cannot be done by his simply not receiving or acknowledging any communication. I have reported this bad business practice to CIPC and the DTI for investigation and arranged with my bank to block/reverse any debits. If I receive any harassment I will also be laying ***** charges with the SAP and my bank ***** division. I suggest any others so affected do the same.
