COMPUTECH CREDIT SOLUTION

Good day I trust someone can assist. I received an email tonight with an attachment named DRAFT SUMMONS TO BE ISSUED... I owe them money for services rendered but they have never given me any sort of service. I might have been in contact with them but they haven't given me anything. I had to at month end withdraw my salary from my account as R99 has been deducted all the time and for obvious reasons these runs up cost as their is no funds in the account. They state that numerous attempts has been made to reach an amicable solution. What? Really? I need to know what service I was given? These people are clearly a ******* coz it's not the first incident with them.
