Computech Credit Services - **** perhaps?

For the past few months there has been a debit on my account of R94 x2 , this happens as soon as funds are transferred to my account. Finally I received a Final Demand letter from Credit Pro that Computech has handed me over and if I do not make payment within 7 days, I have to appear in court, the letter stated a ID number which was not mine. I contacted Computech and queried this. I was told that the system is down and they cannot pick up my account, I was then told to hold the line. The consultant came back saying she spoke to her manager and my account has been resolved, still not answering my questions and said they will cancel the services with a cancellation fee of R199.00. I am still not getting answers as to why my account was handed over to begin with if they have been deducting from my account twice each month. Numerous times have I asked what was I paying for, why my account was handed over, why there is two debit order per month. Simple no answers. I have searched online and came across a view reviews of complaints that its either ******* or a ****. Not sure, but definitely got my blood boiling.
