Computech credit services

Hi I'd like you to help me ,I've recently received numerous emails from computech credit services claiming that I owe them R1700 for a loan ,I've not app**** for a loan neither did I receive any money from them,I've explained to them that I do not qualify for a loan ,how did I receive a loan from them mean while I'm under debt management , please help me to solve the issue ,they are Even further asking if I could send them proof of being under the debt review ,I have not sent them just protect myself
