I signed up for a personal loan and accepted their T&C. Now after almost 5 months of them not deducting the monthly subscription, this company now suddenly hit me with a letter of demand for almost R1400. When I queried this, a Team Leader offered to cancel my subscription, and pay a reduced fee of 50% or face legal action. Beware people. Make sure you understand the full T&C before you accept.
